Most of our services are accessible free of charge to all our guests, regardless of who you booked with.

For bookings with booking.com, with a gift box or other operators, please refer to their booking pages.
Check-in is from 3.00 pm, when we also guarrantee your room is available, but we are waiting for you when you prefer.
Check-out is scheduled by 10.00, but we have a late check-out service which could be perfect if you want to take advantage of the day of departure as well.

For bookings with gift voucher we use 2 formulas: early-booking and last minute.
The dates become bookable for the season about 3/4 months before, and we open more about 10-15 days before the arrival date.
Find the online availability calendar directly on the Smartbox / Emozione3 website from which the reservation must be made. Bookable dates are indicated in green.
If you do not find availability on the dates you have chosen, it is possible that other availabilities are released following cancellations or other changes in the booking framework.
No, at the moment there are no more relevant restrictions for our Staff and our Guests.
The SPA is the only area that we have kept by reservation and with quotas (for a fee in the winter; included in the summer).
